    PR & MARKETING

    Andy is a strategic communications expert with 25 years experience working for and creatively leading some of the world’s most respected innovation and digital agencies, including R/GA, Albion and WhatIf Innovation Partners. He has helped brands face off disruption and start-ups game-change their industries, with end clients including Nike, Orange, Fiat, Jose Cuervo and BNP Paribas.

    As well as a multi award-winning career in the creative industries , Andy has recently helped build two premium discretionary spend businesses, and devoted time to Westminster, working closely with ministers and senior back benchers and their teams.

    Andy also writes for the BBC, ITV and Channel 4 with production companies including Steve Coogan’s Baby Cow. He has written six children’s books with Harper Collins and Hodder, with sales of more than a million copies worldwide.

  • Charlie Jacoby

    REPUTATION & CRISIS MANAGEMENT

    Charlie started work in the media in 1984. He worked for newspapers; magazines; TV and radio; in news, features and on business pages throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, in both the UK and USA. He has written, ghost-written and edited more than a dozen books.

    In 2009, he moved to producing and fronting a weekly TV show on YouTube that now has 10 million unique logged-in viewers (source: Google Ads, last 540 days), and helped YouTube write its editorial policy. His production company makes the second most-watched UK-made TV show in China after Downton Abbey (source: The Sunday Times).

    He has developed social media policy and guidelines for £1bn+ market cap companies in Germany, the UK, the US and Australia. He developed both a sponsorship model and a crowd-funding model for TV news, and is a regular guest on BBC, ITV and US network TV news.

  • Georgie Cutbill

    BRAND & DESIGN

    Georgie is a skilled and experienced brand consultant and has worked for some of the UK’s most well-respected branding agencies, transforming brands from Sky to Nat West, Savlon to the Falklands Islands.

    She has worked extensively with international clients, recently managing brand and packaging output for one of the world’s largest FMCG businesses, ITC, based out of Delhi, India. She works with an equally skilled team of designers and art workers, all experienced in delivering on time and on budget.

    Georgie is driven by customer-oriented process, delivering brand projects that are anchored in qualitative and quantitative audience data, delivering brand positioning that directly corresponds to the target market’s demographics, attitude and behaviours. Her passion is in working for climate-positive, sustainable businesses that give back to the world.
